CUSTOMER IDENTIFICATION
Your personal information, which is necessary to create a user account and make online purchases, including your first and last name, your telephone number, your postal and e-mail address, is submitted by you voluntarily and it is you who guarantees its truth and accuracy. The codes used to identify you are two: your e-mail address and your Personal Secret Security Code (Password), which, each time you enter them, give you access to your personal information in complete security. afroditisimita.com allows you to complete your order as a visitor. In this case you do not need to assign a security code and password and your personal information is used only to complete the shipment of your order.
ACCOUNT CANCELLATIONS
Members of afroditisimita.com reserve the right to modify or remove their personal information and preferences, as well as to completely delete their account by sending an email to info@afroditisimita.com. Once you cancel your account you will no longer be able to make online purchases or receive emails from us. You can re-create an account, using the same email address, however any information about your order history will no longer be available.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND PRODUCT RETURNS
You may request cancellation of your order at any time, provided that the products have not been shipped. In case they have already been shipped, the case of return of products applies. The cancellation of your order can be done by phone or email. The refund of the money paid is executed in the same way as the payment has been made.You have the right to return the products you purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the products, after having previously contacted us by telephone or in writing about your intention. Any returned products must be unused and sent to us in their original commercial packaging, which cannot have been opened (just as you received them). You must enclose the original retail receipt or the corresponding invoice with the products.
You are responsible for the shipping costs of returned products. The refund of the money paid is executed in the same way as the full payment. If you believe that the product you have received has a manufacturing defect, please inform us within 5 days from the date of receipt. We will consult with you about its replacement.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
afroditisimita.com cannot guarantee the availability of the products, but guarantees the timely notification of end consumers of their unavailability. The online store afroditisimita.com is not responsible for any technical problems that may be encountered by users when they attempt to access the website and during its operation or compatibility of their own infrastructure with the use of the website. It also bears no responsibility for acts or omissions of third parties and in particular unauthorized interference by third parties in products and/or services and/or information available through it. The afroditisimita.com store is not liable to its customers/users for any damages that may arise from the execution or not of their order, except in cases that fall under "Product Returns". afroditisimita.com reserves the right regarding the time of delivery of goods in cases of force majeure. The afroditisimita.com store guarantees the timely notification of consumers in case of unavailability of some of its products. In any case, afroditisimita.com reserves the right at any time to temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of all or part of the site for maintenance or upgrading purposes or for any reason whatsoever. Afroditisimita.com does not make sales to minors. If you are under 18 years of age you may use afroditisimita.com only with the assistance/approval of a parent and/or guardian.
